On-site Experimental Research on a 600 MW Coal-fired Boiler Under 30%Deep Peak Shaving
With the continuous increase of the installed capacity of new energy generators,it is necessary to improve the absorption capacity of the power grid,so the requirements for peak shaving of thermal power units are becoming increasingly high.In order to study the ability and impact of deep peak shaving of coal-fired units, this paper conducts on-site tests of low load stable combustion based on a 600 MW coal-fired boiler in Guangdong province. The test results show that the boiler can operate stably under 30%load(180 MW)conditions, and the existing systems can basically work normally after being regulated throughout the entire process.Load reduction by sliding parameters can meet the need of reducing system thermal shock during deep peak shaving.During the process of load reduction and low load stable operation, the environmental parameters of the unit are not out of the standard, and the emission concentrations of various pollutants meet the environmental requirements. The research results can serve as a basis for deep peak shaving of units and provide reference for low load operation of coal-fired boilers.
