Impact of Transmission Path Optimization of Regional Medium and Long Term Contracted Electricity on Provincial Spot Market Clearance
The regional medium and long term power market is one of the main research objects of the regional power market. In order to improve the utilization rate of contracted power and reduce the possibility of the traded power being cut due to under-utilization of the transmission channel or overloading of the line, based on the current pricing mechanism of the regional medium and longterm contract and the point-to-point trading method, and combining various distribution factors of the power grid, this paper optimizes the transmission path of regional medium and long term contract power with the objective function of minimizing the line loss of regional medium and long term contract power. It also takes the new optimized path as the constraints for the intra-provincial spot clearing, studies the impacts of optimizing the path of regional medium and long term contract power on the results of the intra-provincial spot clearing as well as the effects of reducing the line tidal current in the province. To this end,it establishes the intra-provincial spot clearing model and the regional medium and long term path optimization model respectively to find the constraint coupling relationship between the two. Finally, the paper carries out an arithmetic simulation using the IEEE 30 node system to analyze the possibility of the regional medium-and long-term contract path optimization to reduce its contractual energy loss and to reduce the intra-provincial spot clearing line tidal current.
