新中国初期,中国共产党尝试借助农业合作化完成对乡村社会和农民思想的重塑.20世纪50年代的京郊农业合作化,为了解中共的农民动员实况提供了具体例证.合作化之初,农民群众普遍对社会主义社会认识不清,在农业生产中存在较强的保守心理,甚至对集体化生产心存疑虑和不习惯,然而在中共成功的宣传动员下,越来越多的农民群众认同了中共农业合作化政策,使农业合作化运动得以在较短的时间内顺利完成.整体而言,合作化运动中的农民动员工作经历了由思想洗礼再到动员起来的过程,不仅反映了彼时的党群干群关系,而且提供了理解中共宣传动员何以成功的重要线索.
Abstract
In the early days of the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China tried to complete the reshaping of rural society and farmers'thoughts by state power through the agricultural cooperative movement.At the beginning of the movement,the peasant masses generally did not know the socialist society clearly,had a strong conservative psychology in agricultural production,and even doubted and were not used to collectivized production.However,under the successful propaganda and mobilization of the CPC,more and more peasant masses agreed with the Party's agricultural cooperative policy,and the agricultural cooperative movement was successfully completed in a short period of time.On the whole,the peasant mobilization under the leadership of the Party in the cooperative movement experienced a process from ideological baptism to mobilization,which not only reflected the relationship between the Party and the masses at that time,but also provided important clues to understand the success of the CPC's propaganda and mobilization.
