Concerning"Blood Stasis":the Institutionalization of Leaflet Distribution in Shanghai District Committee of the Communist Party of China during the Great Revolution
During the Great Revolution,the leaflet distribution activity in Shanghai District Committee of the Communist Party of China was an important part of the early propaganda work of the CPC,while it reflected the dissemination of propaganda carriers at the local level.The Shanghai District Committee of the CPC gradually began to regulate the distribution of leaflets in 1924,and formed relatively systematic requirements in 1925 and 1926.The Shanghai District Committee made strict regulations on the time,location,process and personnel of leaflet distribution,which was due to the strict organizational characteristics of the CPC,avoiding the arrest of comrades who distributed leaflets in a severe political environment,and solving the chaos during the process.The institutionalization of leaflet distribution formed by the Shanghai District Committee during the Great Revolution reflected the triggering mechanism and application process of the early institutional construction of the CPC,and also explained the phenomenon that the CPC was able to quickly shift its focus and achieve results after the failure of the Great Revolution.
