In July 1927,people of Siwang Mountain in Xinyang killed the local magnate Zhang Xianqing,which led to the hostility and retaliation of the surrounding local tyrants and evil gentry,and the mountain people turned to the Communist Party of China for protection.After the CPC entered the mountains,it began to mobilize the peasants.However,due to the reactionary propaganda of the enemy and the traditional conservative concept of the peasants,the mentality of submission,cowardice and vacillation always hindered the ordinary people,resulting in repeated setbacks in the mobilization work.In order to break through the mobilization dilemma,the CPC took measures such as strengthening the revolutionary armed forces,providing ideological guidance and material incentives to the people,and successfully led the people of Siwang Mountain to the revolutionary road.In the early stage of the Agrarian revolution,the CPC was not the natural leader of the peasants,and the peasants had their own considerations about whether to participate in the revolution.Only by truly understanding the peasants could the CPC form a revolutionary alliance with them and achieve leadership over the peasants.
