摘要
20世纪80年代中期至21世纪初,习近平在福建工作期间,开展了大量侨务工作实践,主要包括出席侨务会议或联谊活动、接见或看望侨领侨商、为侨务活动题词或致贺信、积极支持侨务问题研究、重视关心华侨教育等.在实践的基础上,经过探索形成具有特色的侨务理论:归纳总结华侨华人历史贡献和现实作用;凝聚侨务工作智慧,率先提出"大侨务"观;总结提出侨港澳台相结合吸引外资的福建模式和经验等.这一时期,习近平在侨务工作中的实践与探索意义重大,为中国侨务工作积累了宝贵的地方实践经验.
Abstract
From the mid-1980s to the beginning of 21st century,during his tenure in Fujian province,Xi Jinping conducted lots of practice and exploration on overseas Chinese affairs,mainly including:attending overseas Chinese affairs meetings or social activities;meeting or visiting overseas Chinese leaders;writing inscriptions or sending congratulatory letters for overseas Chinese affairs;actively supporting the research of overseas Chinese affairs;paying attention to overseas Chinese education,etc.Basing on his jobs and practices about overseas Chinese affairs,he formed and proposed theory of overseas Chinese affairs with Chinese characteristics,such as summarizing the historical contribution and practical role of overseas Chinese,gathering the wisdom of overseas Chinese affairs and firstly putting forward the concept of"great overseas Chinese affairs,concluding and proposing the Fujian model and experience of combining overseas Chinese,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan,etc.During this period,Xi Jinping's successful practice and exploration in the work of overseas Chinese affairs had subjective and objective reasons,and accumulated valuable local practical experience for the work of Chinese overseas Chinese affairs.
