解放战争时期,中共在人民军队内部开展阶级教育的过程中投入了大量"情感工作",成功培育和调动起广大指战员的阶级情感.解读若干部队官兵的日记可知,仪式多元化是中共培育阶级情感的鲜明特征.这具体表现在以"诉苦"和"演剧"激起他们对国民党反动派的仇恨之情,以"追悼"和"缅怀"培育对牺牲革命烈士的崇敬之情,以"立功"和"庆功"激发部队官兵为人民立功的荣誉感."情感共同体"的形成推动个体观念发生适应形势要求的变化,这对于增强个体的阶级归属感、提高部队战斗意志以及密切官兵关系等方面具有显著成效.
Abstract
During the War of Liberation,the CPC invested a lot of"emotional work"in the process of carrying out class education within the people's army,and successfully cultivated and mobilized the class feelings of the vast number of commanders and fighters.This is specifically manifested in arousing their hatred towards the reactionary Kuomintang through"complaining"and"acting";Cultivate reverence for revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives through"mourning"and"remembrance";Inspire the sense of honor among military officers and soldiers who had made contributions to the people through"meritorious service"and"celebration of achievements".The formation of an"emotional community"promotes changes in individual concepts that adapt to ideological requirements,which has significant effects on enhancing individuals'sense of class belonging,improving the fighting spirit of the army,and strengthening the relationship between officers and soldiers.
