The Qingyuan experience was the first step taken in the reform of China's county-level industrial management system before and after the start of Reform and Opening-up.Xi Zhongxun fully summarized,supported,and promoted the Qingyuan experience through his leadership of Guangdong's Reform and Opening-up deployment and deep thinking on economic system reform.Due to the subjective and objective conditions at that time,the Qingyuan experience encountered many obstacles since its birth,and its promotion was not smooth.However,with the strong promotion of Xi Zhongxun and the strong support of the central government,it gradually became a learning object for the industrial enterprise system reform in Guangdong Province and even the whole country.Xi Zhongxun made important contributions to the formation and promotion of the Qingyuan experience,which in turn propelled Guangdong to take the lead in Reform and Opening-up.
