Since the 1980s,the academic circle has paid continuous attention to and conducted in-depth research on the division of the stages of the national Anti-Japanese War.In addition to the mainstream view that the Anti-Japanese War of the whole nation is divided into three stages:"strategic defense","strategic stalemate"and"strategic counteroffensive",the academic community focuses on whether China's Anti-Japanese War has a"strategic counteroffensive"stage,when it enters the"strategic stalemate"stage,and how to view the"transition stage of the strategic stalemate stage",and puts forward the"two stages"and"five stages"of the whole nation's war of resistance,which arouse new thinking and discussion.It is necessary to study their views and bases in detail,so as to re-understand the division of the whole nation's war of resistance.
