"双百行动"背景下镇村老年社区学习中心建设路径研究——以河源市东源县为例

百校联百县助力"百县千镇万村高质量发展工程"是推进乡村振兴的重要举措。完善公共服务体系、解决留守老年人"学习养老"的迫切需求、不断提高公共服务能力，是提升镇村建设水平的重要体现。河源市东源县镇村老年群体普遍存在积极老龄化理念缺失、精神生活匮乏、运用智能技术困难、学习资源不足等问题。本文有针对地提出镇村老年社区学习中心的建设模型和实施路径，在力图解决上述问题上作初步探讨。
A Study of the Construction Approaches of Town and Village Elderly Community Learning Centers in the Context of"Dual-Hundred Initiative":Taking Dongyuan County,Heyuan City as an Example
"Dual-Hundred Initiative"namely hundreds of schools with hundreds of counties supporting"the high-quality development project for hundreds of counties and thousands of towns and villages",is an important measure to promote rural revitalization.Completing the public service system,addressing the urgent needs of the left-behind elderly for"learning eldercare,"and continuously improving the capacity for public services,are important reflections of enhancing the level of town and village development.During the exploration of constructing the core architecture model of town and village elderly community learning centers,it was found that the elderly in towns and villages had the following problems:lack of ideas about positive aging;lack of spiritual life;difficulties in utilizing intelligent technologies;insufficient learning resources;etc.This article particularly proposes the construction model and the implementation approaches of town and village elderly community learning centers,as well as provides a preliminary discussion on the solutions the aforementioned problems.
