Analysis of the Current Situation and Development Considerations on China's Social Emergency Response Forces
At present,China's social emergency forces have become an auxiliary force in the national emergency rescue team system.During the 14th Five-Year-Plan period,how to guide the orderly development of social emergency forces is a concern for the academic community and practical workers.This paper,adopting a literature based research method,summarizes the historical process,relevant fields and main themes of the early research on the social emergency response forces in China,categorizes the research directions that have emerged from the last five years of the research.We also analyze the characteristics and problems of the three main modes of construction of the existing social emergency response forces in China,and share several thoughts on the future development of China's social emergency forces.
