The Contradictions and Countermeasures in Teaching of Judicial Administrative Police Major:Taking Henan Judicial Police Vocational College as an Example
The major of judicial administration police possesses unique characteristics,such as specialized professional settings,a singular training goal,distinctive training specifications,and specific employment directions.According to professional teaching standards,there are contradictions between professional knowledge teaching and police examination requirements,theoretical knowledge teaching and practical training,and social practice and post-practice requirements for professional teachers.Some of these contradictions are functional defects,while others are structural problems.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the elements of police admission evaluation for judicial administration police majors,improve teaching facilities,strengthen the integration of production and education in the teaching mode,establish high-quality teaching teams,and enhance students'practical operation abilities.
