A Preliminary Discussion on the Development of Community Elderly Education in China from the Perspective of"Five Social Linkage"
The"Five Social Linkage"is a grassroots social governance framework introduced by the state in the new era.This framework can be effectively utilized to advance community elderly education.By analyzing the functional positioning and advantages of each component within the framework,this paper addresses the challenges impeding the growth of community elderly education in China.Utilizing linkage thinking,it explores strategies across several dimensions:improving the management system,expanding the supply of educational services,strengthening resource mobilization,and enhancing the effectiveness of education services in meeting learning needs.The paper concludes with strategic recommendations based on the"Five Societies Linkage"framework,aimed at facilitating high-quality development in community elderly education in China.
