A Comparison of Ion Chromatography Method with Ion Selective Electrode Method in the Detection of Chlorides in Water
In order to select the best detection method of chloride in water, a comparison of ion chromatography method with ion selective electrode method in the detection of chlorides in water has been carried out via the analysis of detection limit, precision, accuracy and standard addition recovery rate and the assistance of statistical software PASW statistics 13 for the T. The advantages and disadvantages of two different test methods of chloride in water are described and discussed, the differences of the two methods compared, and the better results obtained, which provides some references to choose the detection method of chlorides in water. At the same time, it provides the experimental basis for the law enforcement of environmental protection department.
