Preliminary Discussion on Construction of Double-qualified Structure Teaching Stuff in High Vocational College
In order to meet the requirement of the modern enterprise for development of talents with high skills and accomplish the reform of teaching for work-integrated learning,the construction of double-quality teacher team has been the main factors influencing the development of the High Vocational Education.The status quo of teaching body in higher vocational colleges was analyzed in the paper.Then with the target to build a high quality,reasonable structure,full-part combination and relatively stable teaching body,many measures,that will strengthen the building of the construction of double-quality teachers team,have been proposed to promote the sound development of the high vocational education.
