藿香蓟抗炎活性部位筛选

目的:用藿香蓟不同极性的提取物,筛选藿香蓟抗炎的活性部位.方法:依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水提取藿香蓟,得到不同极性部位提取物,分别进行二甲苯诱导小鼠耳肿胀实验和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛血细管通透性增加实验.结果:正丁醇、乙酸乙酯和石油醚部位对小鼠的耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01或P<0.05);水部位能显著降低醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性(P<0.05).结论:藿香蓟各个极性部位提取物均有明显的抗炎作用,都可作为藿香蓟抗炎活性部位.
Screening of Effective Parts of Anti-inflammatory from Ageratum Conyzoide L.
Objective:With different polar extraction of Ageratum Conyzoide L.,Screening of effective parts of anti-inflammatory from Ageratum Conyzoide L.. Methods:the different polar extractions of Ageratum Conyzoide L.were extracted by the petroleum ether,the ethyl acetate,n-butanol and the water in sequence.The effect of different polar extraction of Ageratum Conyzoide L on inflammation was studied by the ear swelling experiment of mice induced by xylene and the capillary permeability in abdominal cavity of mice induced by acetic acid. Results: The degree of ear swelling experiment of mice was significantly inhibited by the extract parts of petroleum ether, the ethyl acetate, n-butanol (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the capillary permeability in abdominal cavity of mice induced by acetic acid was decreased significantly by the extract parts of water P<0.05).Conclusion:all polar extractions of Ageratum Conyzoide L.had anti-inflammatory effect.
