帕纳科X射线衍射仪开放式变温加热台的研制与应用

本研究根据科学研究工作的实际需求,成功研制了一套开放式变温加热台,可在不更换帕纳科X射线衍射仪附件的情况下,进行X射线衍射原位变温测试。通过对变温加热台进行峰位比对、温度校准以及实际样品的测试分析,结果表明:该开放式变温加热台的测试结果准确可靠,稳定性好。此外,该加热台安装便捷,不仅提高了测试效率和科学服务水平,还节省了大额的购置费用。
Development and Applications of Open Vriable Temperature Heating Device of Panalytical X-ray Diffractometer
In this study,an open-type variable-temperature heating stage was successfully developed to meet the practical needs of scientific research.It allows for in-situ variable-temperature testing of X-ray diffraction without the need to replace the accessories of the Panalytical X-ray diffractometer.Through peak alignment,temperature calibration,and testing of actual samples,the results show that the open-type variable-temperature heating stage provides accurate and reliable testing results with good stability.Moreover,the installation of the heating stage is fast and convenient,which not only enhances the level of scientific research and testing efficiency,but also saves substantial purchasing costs.
