两性聚乙烯胺的制备与性能研究

本文通过选择N-乙烯基甲酰胺、丙烯酸为主要单体,采用自由基聚合制备聚(N-乙烯基甲酰胺-co-丙烯酸)共聚物,共聚物经碱水解后制备聚(乙烯胺-co-丙烯酸)。探讨了反应转化率和共聚产物的特性粘数的影响因素,包括共聚单体的浓度、引发剂浓度、反应温度及时间,摸索其最佳制备条件。此制备方法工艺简单,产物分子量及氨基含量可控。并考察聚合物在造纸湿部过程的表现,其在纸张增强、助留助滤、灰分保留、施胶性上均有明显的增效作用。
Preparation and Properties of Amphoteric Polyvinylamine
In this paper,Poly(n-vinyl formamide-co-acrylic acid)copolymer was prepared by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution with n-vinyl formamide and acrylic acid as main monomers,the copolymer was hydrolyzed by alkali to prepare poly(vinyl amine-co-acrylic acid).The effects of monomer concentration,initiator concentration,reaction temperature and time on monomer conversion and intrinsic viscosity of polymer were investigated.The preparation method has the advantages of simple process,controllable molecular weight and amino content of the product.The performance of the polymer in the wet end of papermaking was also investigated.The polymer had obvious synergistic effects on paper strengthening,retention and drainage,ash retention and sizing.
