摘要
通过合成反应制备了 P407-P188泊洛沙姆和磺化壳寡糖复合温敏凝胶并负载aFGF,用于对aFGF进行缓释保护.SEM结果表明该复合温敏凝胶呈疏松多孔,层状分布,有助于吸附aFGF蛋白.体外释放实验结果表明在5 d以后,aFGF的释放基本呈缓慢持续增长,说明复合温敏凝胶具有缓控释放的效果.生物相容性评价表明aFGF磺化壳寡糖温敏凝胶在小鼠体内存在异物性,但并没有毒性和抗原性,且具有良好的生物相容性.
Abstract
P407-P188 poloxamer and sulfonated chitosan oligosaccharide composite thermosensitive gel was prepared by synthesis reaction and loaded with aFGF for slow release protection of aFGF.SEM results showed that the composite thermosensitive gel was porous and layered,which was conducive to the adsorption of aFGF protein.The results of in vitro release experiment showed that the release of aFGF basically increased slowly and continuously after 5 days,indicating that the compound thermosensitive gel had the effect of slow and controlled release.Biocompatibility evaluation showed that aFGF sulfonated chitosan oligosaccharide thermosensitive gel had foreign body property in mice,but had no toxicity and antigenicity,and had good biocompatibility.
