基于熵权法结合正交设计多指标优化白及炮制工艺

目的:对白及炮制工艺进行优化;方法:采用正交设计结合多指标,以润药温度、切片厚度及干燥温度为影响因素,以水分、灰分、白及多糖含量及1,4-二[4-(葡萄糖氧)苄基]-2-异丁基苹果酸酯的含量为指标,设计四因素三水平的正交试验L9(34);利用熵权法计算各指标的信息熵及权重系数,并进行综合评分,对白及炮制工艺进行优化并验证.结果:白及炮制工艺为:取白及药材,大小分档,清水洗净,加入清水40 ℃恒温泡润,48小时药材软化后,切1mm的薄片,70℃烘干即得白及饮片.结论:优化得到的白及炮制工艺稳定可行.
Optimization Processing Technology of Bletilla Striata by the Orthogonal Test Based on Entropy Weight Method
Objective:Optimizing the processing of Bletilla striata.Methods:Using the orthogonal design combined with multiple indicators,with moistening temperature,slice thickness,and drying temperature as influencing factors,water content,ash content,polysaccharide content of Bletilla striata,and the content of militarine as indicators,a four factor and three level orthogonal experiment L9(34)was designed;The entropy weight method is used to calculate the information entropy and weight coefficient of each index,and the comprehensive score is made to optimize and verify the processing technology of Bletilla striata.Result:The preparation process of Baiji is as follows:Taking Bletilla striata medicinal herbs,dividing them into different sizes,washing them with clean water,add water to soak at 40 ℃ for 48 hours,soften the medicinal herbs,cutting them into 1mm thin slices,and drying them at 70 ℃ to obtain Bletilla striata decoction pieces.Conclusion:The optimized processing technology for Bletilla striata is stable and feasible.
