Preparation of Cellulose Hydrogel Dressing and the Effect of a New Dressing
Hydrogel materials are essential materials for wound dressings due to their three-dimensional network structure with good moisture retention and biocompatibility. In this study, the preparation process of cellulose hydrogel was summarized. And established a diabetic rat model with cortical defect to evaluate the effect of an inert hydrogel dressing constructed based on microcrystalline cellulose(NAHAO®)on wound healing. In the experiment, morphological images were used to evaluate the wound healing rate, and HE pathological section staining was used to evaluate the degree of granulation filling and angiogenesis. The levels of TNF-α were detected by ELISA.Compared with the model group, the inert hydrogel dressing could accelerate skin wound healing, and the granulation tissue filling was more dense.Meanwhile, the concentration of inflammatory factor TNF-α was decreased after inert hydrogel dressing nursing, and there was statistical difference among different groups.
