甲壳素是一种含量丰富的含氮天然多糖,具有生物相容性好、可降解、安全无毒等特性,在食品、医药等领域具有重要应用.目前,甲壳素的提取及溶解多采用酸碱处理,环境污染大,亟需开发绿色工艺.低共熔溶剂(deep eutectic solvents,DESs)是通过氢键受体和氢键供体的氢键作用而形成的一种类离子液体,具有环境友好、制备简单等优点.近年来,DESs在甲壳素的绿色提取及溶解制备纳米甲壳素材料方面取得较大进展.本文综述了近年来基于DESs的甲壳素提取及溶解制备纳米甲壳素的主要研究进展,比较了具有不同氢键受体和氢键供体的DESs提取甲壳素的效率,分析了影响提取的因素;介绍了 DESs中甲壳素的溶解及纳米甲壳素的制备过程,并对其前景进行了展望,以期促进DESs在该领域的研究和应用.
Research Progress of Deep Eutectic Solvents in Chitin Extraction and Preparation of Nano-chitin
Chitin is a natural nitrogen-containing polysaccharide.It is biocompatible,biodegradable,safe and non-toxic.It has been widely used in food,medicine,and other fields.At present,the extraction and dissolution of chitin mostly use acid-base treatment,which causes great environmental pollution,so it is necessary to search green technology.Deep eutectic solvents(DESs)are analogue of ionic liquid formed through hydrogen bond interaction between hydrogen bond acceptor(HBA)and hydrogen bond donor(HBD).It has the advantages of friendly environment and simple preparation.In recent years,great progress has been made in green extraction of chitin and preparation of nano-chitin materials by using DESs.In this paper,the main research progress of chitin extraction and dissolution preparation of nano-chitin based on DESs in recent years was reviewed.The extraction efficiency of chitin from DESs with different HBA and HBD were compared,and the factors affecting extraction were analyzed.The dissolution of chitin in DESs and the preparation process of nano-chitin were summarized.This paper also gives a prospect on the research in this field,in order to promote the research and application of DESs in this field.
