摘要
环境信息依法披露是中国环境治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容.然而,披露的环境信息质量严重制约了企业绿色低碳转型的进程.本文以"双碳"目标,梳理国内环境信息披露的研究成果,并结合国外研究经验,提出了环境信息披露的策略建议,以更加有效、质优的环境信息和绿色经营绩效来吸引各种投资者和金融机构参与,促进企业绿色转型和可持续发展.
Abstract
The legal disclosure of environmental information is an important part of the modernization of China's environmental governance system and governance capacity.However,the quality of disclosed environmental information seriously restricts the process of green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises.This article aims to summarize the research results of environmental information disclosure in China with the goal of"dual carbon",and proposes strategic suggestions for environmental information disclosure based on foreign research experience.It aims to attract various investors and financial institutions to participate in more effective and high-quality environmental information and green business performance,promoting green transformation and sustainable development of enterprises.
