针对水热法生产氧化铟过程中产生的氨氮含盐废水,提出对氨氮废水处理系统进行技术优化,完成优化方案的实施及运行效果验证和成本核算.通过技术优化和工程升级改造应用后,减少了废水的排放量,增加了废水的回用量,降低了生产线纯水的使用量,降低了废水处理成本,降低了企业的产品生产成本,经济效益明显.通过优化工艺,生产线实现了节能减排和回用降本,可供国内外各基地公司和相关类似行业废水的推广应用.
Study on Optimization of Indium Oxide Wastewater Treatment Technology
Aiming at the ammonia-nitrogen salt-containing wastewater produced in the process of hydrothermal production of indium oxide,the technical optimization is proposed about ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment system,and complete the implementation technology optimization plan,operation effect verification and cost accounting.Through technical optimization and engineering upgrading and application,the discharge of wastewater is reduced,the reuse amount of wastewater is increased,the use of pure water in the production line is reduced,the wastewater treatment cost is reduced,the production cost is reduced,and the economic benefits are obvious.Through optimizing the process,the production line has achieved energy saving and emission reduction,cost reduction and reuse.It can be used for the promotion and application of wastewater from domestic and foreign base companies and related similar industries.
