摘要

某制药企业产生的污水含有含硫的有机溶剂等成分,在污水处理过程中会产生硫化氢、氨气、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷、甲基叔丁基醚等臭气污染物,设计风量为4000 m3/h,尾气处理执行《制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB37823-2019)表2大气污染物特别排放限值和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)恶臭污染物排放标准值.

Abstract

The wastewater generated by a pharmaceutical company contains components such as sulfur-containing organic solvents.In the process of wastewater treatment,the generation of malodorous pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,tetrahydrofuran,dichloromethane,and methyl tert-butyl ether is expected.The designed air volume is 4000 m3/h,and the exhaust gas treatment complies with the"Emission Standards for Atmospheric Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry"(GB37823-2019)Table 2 for special emission limits of atmospheric pollutants and the"Odor Pollutants Emission Standards"(GB14554-93)for odor pollutant emission standards.
