Chromones and Aromatics in Dianella Ensifolia(L.)DC
Objective:To study the Chromones and aromatics from ethyl acetate fraction in Dianella ensifolia(L.)DC.Methods:The methanol extract was isolated by Sephadex LH-20,ODS and silica gel,coupled with the semi-preparative HPLC,to isolate the chemical constituents.The isolated compounds were identified according to their MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR data.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from EtOAc extract of the edible part of Dianella ensifolia.Their structures were identified as eugenitin(1),iso eugenitin(2),5-hydroxy-2,7-dimethylchromone(3),5,7-dihydroxy-2,6,8-trimethylchromone(4),5,7-dihydroxy-2,8-dimethylchromone(5),3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoate(6),methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate(7),7-acetyl-4R,8-dihydroxy-6-methyl-1-tetralone(8),β-orcinol carboxylate(9),2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methy-1 acetophenone(10),methyl 3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzoate(11)and indole-3-carbaldehyde(12).Conclusion:Compounds 1-5 belong to the chromones,while compounds 6-12 are aromatic compounds.This provides a scientific basis for the analysis of chromones and aromatics components in Dianella ensifolia.
