探究苦参中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱相互转化的综合实验教学设计

培养技能型创新人才是高校培养学生的重要方向,如何结合教学目标在实验教学中培养学生专业技能和创新思维是现代教育的重要途径.仪器分析是学生理论与实践相结合、深入探究实验现象的重要手段,针对仪器分析的课程特点,本文以培养学生专业技能和开拓创新思维为导向,设置合理的教学目标对仪器分析实验教学课程进行改革,探索全面提高学生专业技能和创新能力.本文以普适性较广的高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术着手,探究苦参中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱之间的相互转化现象.实验设置文献查阅、方案制定、数据分析等教学环节,通过本实验学生可掌握HPLC仪器用于多成分含量测定的实验技能,提升学生实验设计统筹能力以及对结果深入的探析能力.本研究丰富了 HPLC仪器分析实验内容,增强了学生在实验教学中的参与度,构建了良好的学习氛围;通过训练有助于培养学生在实际工作中知识的应用能力,可以为学生今后的工作打下基础.
Comprehensive Experiments Teaching Design for Study the Conversion of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Sophora Flavescens Ait
Training skilled innovative talents is an important direction for colleges to train students.How to train students'professional skills and innovative thinking in experimental teaching by combining the teaching objectives is the focus of modem education.Instrumental analysis is an important link for students to combine theory with practice and analyze experimental results in depth.According to the characteristics of instrumental analysis class,guided by cultivating students'professional skills and exploring innovative thinking,set the teaching goal of instrument analysis experimental teaching reform,explore the way to improve students'professional skills and innovation ability.This lesson starts from the widely available high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)technique to explore the interconversion between matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens Ait.The experimental teaching was carried out from the aspects of literature review,program formulation,data analysis and other aspects,so that students could master the experimental skills of HPLC instrument for the determination of multi-component content,and improve their ability of experiments design and in-depth analysis of results.This study enriched the experimental content of HPLC instrument analysis,enhanced the participation of students in experimental teaching,and builds a good learning atmosphere.Training helps to cultivate students'ability to apply knowledge in practical work,which can lay a foundation for students'future work.
