科教融合在生物工程专业实验教学中的应用探讨——以人参皂苷CK抗肝癌靶点的虚拟筛选为例

摘要
生化分离工程实验在生物工程专业创新性人才培养的过程中起着重要作用.本文以"人参皂苷CK抗肝癌靶点的虚拟筛选"实验为例,探讨了将其作为生化分离工程综合实验教学的可行性.通过将该实验融入生物工程专业实验教学不仅可以增强学生对专业知识的理解,而且可以拓宽学生对前沿科学发展的认知和视野,从而激发学生的学习兴趣和学习动力并在学习过程中培养他们对现代工具的使用能力和创新性思维.
Abstract
Biochemical separation engineering experiments play an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents in the field of bioengineering.This article takes the virtual screening of ginsenoside CK anti-liver cancer targets as an example to explore the feasibility of using it as a comprehensive experimental teaching for biochemical separation engineering.Integrating this experiment into the experimental teaching of bioengineering not only can enhance students'understanding of professional knowledge,but also broaden their understanding and vision of cutting-edge scientific development,thereby stimulating their learning interests and motivation,and cultivating their ability to use modern tools and innovative thinking during the learning process.
