《电子封装可靠性》是一门涉及半导体、微电子、材料、物理、化学、机械等知识的综合性课程.为了提高教学方式对学生的吸引力以及学生对抽象概念的掌握,本文在分析《电子封装可靠性》课程特点的基础上,采用案例教学、构建知识可视化图形、革新教学方式等途径,对《电子封装可靠性》课程教学进行了改革.旨在激发学生学习兴趣、培养工程意识、拓宽学习渠道.实践表明,这些教学改革对培养学生专业知识的综合应用能力具有成效.
Exploration of Teaching Reform of Chemical Materials for Electronic Packaging Reliability
"Electronic Packaging Reliability"is a comprehensive course that includes semiconductor,microelectronics,materials,physics,chemistry,machinery and other knowledge fields.In this article,the course is reformed to comprehend abstract concepts and improve the attraction for students.Based on the characteristics of"Electronic Packaging Reliability"course,the case teaching,construction of knowledge visualization graphics,innovation of teaching methods and other approaches are applied in teaching reform.It aims to stimulate students'interest in learning,cultivate engineering consciousness and broaden the learning path.Practice showed that these teaching reforms are effective in cultivating the comprehensive application of professional knowledge of students.
