本项目针对某LNG卫星气化站的具体情况,提出了完备的冷能制冰工艺.该工艺包括LNG气化模块、冷媒R507循环模块、制冰模块以及安全保障系统,能提高能源的利用效率,同时有助于消除冷雾污染.通过连续27 小时的运行调试,分析可知制冰过程中冷媒R507进出口温差保持在5~28℃,压力不小于0.12MPa,日制冰量可达到150t,制冰蒸发器进口压力高于泡点,出口压力高于露点,低于泡点,调试结果均满足设计要求.项目具有良好的经济效益和节能效益,年净利润可达373.44万元,且年节电量为341.64万kWh,相当于节约标准煤1380.23 t,减少二氧化碳排放2681.87 t.
Study on Cold Energy Ice-making Project of LNG Satellite Gasification Station
This project is aimed at the specific situation of an LNG satellite gasification station and the characteristics of common ice-making technology,a complete cold energy ice-making technology is proposed.The process includes LNG gasification module,refrigerant R507 cycle module,ice-making module and security system,which can improve energy utilization efficiency and help to eliminate cold fog pollution.Through the continuous operation and debugging for 27 hours,the analysis shows that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of refrigerant R507 in the ice-making process is kept between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃,and the pressure is not less than 0.12 Mpa.The daily ice production of the project can reach 150t.The inlet pressure of the ice evaporator was higher than the bubble point,and the outlet pressure was higher than the dew point,and lower than the bubble point.The debugging results of the project all meet the design requirements.The project has good economic and energy saving benefits.The annual net profiit can reach 3,734,400 yuan,and the annual electricity saving is 3,416,400 kWh,which is equivalent to saving 1380.23 t of standard coal and reducing 2,681.87 t of carbon dioxide emissions.
