大麦虫取食聚苯乙烯塑料的研究

摘要
聚苯乙烯(polystyrene,PS)是目前广泛使用且难以降解的主要塑料材料之一,近年来,有关大麦虫取食降解塑料废弃物的研究备受关注.本实验以麦麸和PS为主要原料配制饲料配方,测定56天内大麦虫存活率、体长和虫重变化,探讨不同配方饲料对大麦虫的生长发育和塑料降解能力的影响.研究结果显示只喂食PS塑料的大麦虫存活率最高,大麦虫对于PS塑料的降解能力有限,不能为大麦虫的生长发育提供足够所需的营养.
Abstract
Polystyrene(PS)is one of the main plastic materials that are widely used and difficult to degrade.In recent years,research on barley worms eating and degrading plastic waste has attracted much attention.In this experiment,wheat bran and PS were used as the main raw materials to prepare feed formula,and the survival rate,body length and weight of barley worms were measured within 56 days,and the effects of different formula feeds on the growth and development of barley worms and the plastic degradation ability were investigated.The results of the study showed that the survival rate of barley worms fed only with PS plastic was the highest,and the barley worms had limited capability to degrade PS plastic and could not provide enough nutrients for the growth and development of barley worms.
