虽然泰伯(Taber)耐磨测试已有操作标准指引,但由于部分测试细节未能细化,而导致不同机构测试数据不具备可比性.本文通过研究评估有机硅耐磨涂层在不同材料的耐磨性能,讨论关于泰伯(Taber)耐磨测试中设备型号、砂轮选型及荷载重量、砂轮打磨频率、真空吸嘴高度4个因素的影响,落实泰伯(Taber)耐磨测试的实验细节,从而确保数据的可比性、真实性及准确性,为产品耐磨性能的开发研究方向提供了指导意义.
Research on the Conditions of Silicone HardCoat's Abrasion Resistance by Using the Taber Abraser
The abrasion resistance by using the Taber abraser from different institutions could not be compared,due to some details have not been refined from standards.The Silicone HardCoat's abrasion resistance of polycarbonate,polyester films and silicone leather had been discussed,including to differents of the equipment,the abrasive wheel,auxiliary masses,refacing and the height of vacuum nozzle.
