Analysis of the Products Agglomeration in MZCR of Spherizone
The philosophy of the Spherizone process is introduced in this article.It shows us the main advantages of product and the major challenges in the production control comparing with the traditional process technology.The causes of chunk formation in Multi-zone Reactor are fines accumulating with strong activity,polymer static agglomeration and polymer circulating erratically in the reactor.Besides,it emphasize that the only ways to solve this kind of problem are reactor internal cleaning before start-up,reasonably regulating the polymer packed-bed flow in the downcomer,optimizing stroke sequence of reactor discharge control valve,holding a right polymer circulation rate and the Atmerl63's flow rate,the manufacturing quality of the reactor,etc.
