3D打印技术在药物制剂领域的研究进展

近年来,个性化药物需求急剧增长,对于制药技术和设备的要求也不断提高.3D打印(3DP)技术可通过计算机辅助设计(CAD)软件制备药物,可制造定制药物剂型,从而达到改变用药剂量,减少副作用的目的.3DP 目前可用于调节和个性化药物剂型、多功能药物递送系统、医疗器械和医疗植入物等方面.此外,3DP还可用于制备定制的再生药物.本文综述了 3DP在药物制剂领域中的应用及研究进展,包括药物递送系统、医疗器械及其优势和临床评价.
Research Progress of 3D Printing Technology in the Field of Pharmaceutical Preparations
In recent years,the demand for personalized drugs has grown rapidly,and the requirements for pharmaceutical technology and equipment have also been continuously increasing.3D printing(3DP)technology can prepare drugs through computer-aided design(CAD)software,manufacture customized drug dosage forms,and achieve the goal of changing drug dosage and reducing side effects.3DP can currently be used to regulate and personalize drug dosage forms,multifunctional drug delivery systems,medical devices,and medical implants.In addition,3DP can also be used to prepare customized regenerative drugs.This article reviews the application and research progress of 3DP in the field of pharmaceutical preparations,including drug delivery systems,medical devices,their advantages,and clinical evaluations.
