Detection and Analysis of Surface Stripe Defects on Aluminum Enamel Pot
Through investigation and research,it was found that the surface stripe defects on the scrapped aluminum enamel pot body of a certain enterprise were caused by metallurgical factors of the aluminum material itself rather than enamel treatment.Further testing and analysis were conducted on the second phase particles in the defective aluminum material using metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscopy techniques, and observation was conducted on the newly exposed aluminum surface of the aluminum enamel pot after anodizing treatment. It was ruled out that the enamel stripes were caused by the detachment of coarse second phase particles in the aluminum material.Based on the above inspection and analysis,it is determined that the occurrence of enamel stripe defects is due to uneven grain size in the aluminum material, which leads to inconsistent deformation of the aluminum material during deep drawing and forming, resulting in surface scratches and scratches, finally resulting in stripe defects on the surface after enamel treatment.
