Photoelectrochemical Determination of Dopamine Based on Ionic Liquid/Bi2WO6
In this study,flower-like Bi2WO6 was prepared by hydrothermal method, and then the photoelectrochemical(PEC)for the detection of dopamine was developed based on IL/Bi2WO6/ITO photoelectrode. The structure and morphology of Bi2WO6 were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The detection performance of the sensor was studied by Amperometric i-t Curve(i-t)and Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Under the best conditions, the PEC sensor shows satisfactory selectivity, sensitivity and stability to dopamine. The PEC sensor has outstanding selectivity, sensitivity and stability for detection of dopamine and produces a linear response in the concentration range of 0.25~37.5 μmol/L.The detection limit was 0.093 μmol/L(S/N=3).
