摘要

应用莱伯泰科Flex-HPSE快速溶剂萃取仪(ASE),赛默飞UltiMate3000液相色谱仪.建立了固体废物中苯并[j]荧蒽的加压流体萃取-液相色谱紫外检测器测定的检测方法.快速溶剂萃取仪在压力1400 psi、提取剂为二氯甲烷-正己烷混合溶液(1∶1),萃取5 min,反复萃取三次,并用CNWBONDSi硅胶多环芳烃专用SPE小柱作为净化柱,通过活化、上样、淋洗、洗脱、溶剂置换等步骤.确定了苯并[j]荧蒽的线性范围为2.00~10.0mg/L,r=0.999,方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg,检出下限为0.08mg/kg.苯并[j]荧蒽在实际固废样品加标为4μg、6 μg、8μg三种梯度水平下的相对标准偏差为4.1%~5.9%,回收率为89.0%~97.4%.

Abstract

Leberteco Flex-HPSE fast solvent extractor(ASE),Thermo Field UltiMate3000 liquid chromatograph.A method was developed for the determination of benzo[j]fluoranthrene in solid waste by pressurized fluid extraction and liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector.The rapid solvent extracter was extracted for 5 min at 1400 psi and the extraction agent was a mixed solution of dichloromethane and n-hexane(1∶1).The extraction was repeated for three times.The CNWBOND Si silica gel SPE column was used as the purification column,and the steps of activation,sample loading,leaching,elution and solvent replacement were carried out.The linear range of benzo[j]fluoranthrene was 2.00~10.0 mg/L,r=0.999,the detection limit was 0.02 mg/kg,and the detection limit was 0.08 mg/kg.The relative standard deviations of benzo[j]fluoranthrene at 4 pg,6 pg and 8 pg gradient levels were 4.1%~5.9%,and the recoveries were 89.0%~97.4%.
