《电子封装材料》是电子封装技术专业的一门核心必修课,包含理论知识点多,传统教学方式得到的教学效果不佳.针对这一现状,以OBE教育理念为指导,混合教学模式为基础,对课程目标、教学内容、教学模式、课程评价体系等教学环节进行改革探讨,旨在提高教学质量和学生自主学习效果,提高学生的独立思考和解决问题的能力,从而培养出适应电子封装产业发展的高素质人才.
Discussion on Online+Offline Mixed Teaching Reform of"Electronic Packaging Materials"Course Based on OBE Concept
Electronic Packaging Materials is a core compulsory course for electronic packaging technology major.It contains many theoretical knowledge points.However,the teaching effect obtained by traditional teaching methods is not good.Based on OBE education concept and mixed teaching mode,the reformation of curriculum objectives,teaching content,teaching mode,curriculum evaluation system and other teaching links is discussed to improve teaching quality,students'self-learning effect,and the ability of independent thinking and problem-solving.It is therefore that high qualities talents adapting to the development of electronic packaging industry are cultivated
