摘要
1,6-二氢-4-甲基-6-氧代-3-吡啶磺酰氯是一种重要医药化工中间体.本文以 4-甲基-5-硝基吡啶-2-醇为原料,经两步反应得到目标化合物.该合成方法操作简便、后处理操作简便,花费时间少且产物纯度高,产品收率为33.51%;此方法为 1,6-二氢-4-甲基-6-氧代-3-吡啶磺酰氯的合成提供了合成路线,也为进一步相关类似的合成研究奠定基础.
Abstract
1,6-Dihydro-4-methyl-6-oxo-3-pyridine sulfonyl chloride is an important pharmaceutical and chemical intermediate.In this paper,4-methyl-5-nitropyridine-2-ol was used as raw material,and the target compounds were obtained by two-step reactions.The synthesis method was easy to operate,easy to post-process,less time-consuming,and the product was of high purity,with a yield of 33.51%.This method provides a synthetic route for the synthesis of 1,6-dihydro-4-methyl-6-oxo-3-pyridine sulfonyl chloride,and also lays a foundation for further related similar synthesis studies.
