AHLs群体感应信号分子强化固相反硝化系统脱氮性能研究

以聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯(PHBV)作为载体和可生物降解碳源进行的固相反硝化(Solid-phase denitrification,SPD)过程,以外源投加群体感应信号因子 3-oxo-C14-HSL 作为调控剂,从固相反硝化水质特征分析群体感应强化固相反硝化脱氮性能。结果表明:通过外源投加群体感应信号3-oxo-C14-HSL,可以有效的缩短反应器的启动时间。并在稳定运行阶段,缩短水利停留时间反硝化速率不变。在固相反硝化长期运行过程中,亚硝酸盐没有积累。本研究将为群体感应在固相反硝化生物脱氮领域的研究提供新思路和理论依据。
Performance Bioaugmentation of Nitrogen Removal in Solid-phasedenitrification Based on Microbial Quorum Sensing Mediated by AHLs
Solid-phase denitrification(SPD)process with polyhydroxybutyrate valerate copolester(PHBV)as the carrier and biodegradable carbon source,and the quorum sensing signal factor 3-oxo-C14-HSL was added as the regulator to analyze the performance of reverse nitrification from the characteristics of the water quality.The results show that the starting time of the reactor can be effectively shortened by adding the quorum sensing signal 3-oxo-C14-HSL.And in the stable operation stage,the denitrification rate remains unchanged.During the long-term operation of the reverse nitrification,nitrite did not accumulate.This study will provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the study of quorum sensing in the field of biological denitrification.
