针对哑光双组份聚氨酯(2K-PU)清漆透明度差的问题,从 2K-PU涂料的哑光机理以及透明度的影响因素出发,通过对比不同类型消光剂、异氰酸酯、功能助剂等材料,研究影响哑光涂层透明度的具体原因。结果表明,在高透2K-PU体系中,采用无机消光剂与有机消光剂搭配共用的方式,可以使涂层具有较高消光效率的同时,仍保持较高透明度;采用液体聚羟基羧酸酰胺助剂可以减少防沉助剂对涂层透明度的影响,提高施工宽容性;采用脂肪族或脂环族异氰酸酯固化剂,可以减少芳香族异氰酸酯固化剂对涂层透明度的影响。
Preparation and Performance Study of Matte High Transparent Two-component Polyurethane Varnish
To address the problem of poor transparency of matte two-component polyurethane(2K-PU)varnishes,the specific reasons affecting the transparency of matte coatings were investigated by comparing different types of matting agents,isocyanates,functional additives,and other materials,starting from the matting mechanism of 2K-PU coatings and the influencing factors of transparency.The results show that using inorganic matting agent and organic matting agent together in the high-transparent 2K-PU system can produce a coating with high matting efficiency while maintaining high transparency,and the use of liquid polyhydroxycarboxylic acid amides additives can reduce the impact of anti-settling additives on the transparency of coatings and improve the construction tolerance.Moreover,the use of aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate curing agents can reduce the impact of aromatic isocyanate curing agents on the transparency of the coatings.
