Application Analysis of Phenol and Other Phenolic Substances in Wood Vinegar
The pine sawdust wood vinegar was refined through ethyl acetate extraction, rotating film evaporation, acetone extraction, and rotating film evaporation, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the compound with the highest relative content was phenol(18.92%).The results of the seed germination experiment with the dilution of wood vinegar showed that when the dilution ratio was 2000 times, the germination rates of Raphanus sativus and Spinacia oleracea were significantly different from the control group, with 96%and 97%,respectively.The germination rates of the control group were 82%and 83%,respectively.The germination rates of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group; When the dilution ratio was 100 times, the germination rates of Raphanus sativus and Spinacia oleracea were also significantly different from the control group, both only 3%,both lower than the control group.
