摘要
研究液滴撞击固体表面对工农业生产等领域具有重要意义.针对液滴撞击固体表面产生的动态行为不同的问题,首先总结了液滴撞击固体表面的最大铺展系数和接触时间的预测公式,这对传热和防结冰等应用具有重要意义;然后,综述了液滴撞击固体表面的影响因素,最后介绍了液滴撞击不同固体表面在油水分离、防结冰、自清洁等方面的实际应用.指出了液滴撞击固体表面的未来研究方向.
Abstract
The study of droplet impact on solid surface is of great significance to industrial and agricultural production.In order to solve the problem of different dynamic behavior of droplet impact on solid surface,the prediction formula of maximum spreading coefficient and contact time of droplet impact on solid surface is summarized,which is of great significance for heat transfer and anti-icing applications.Then,the influencing factors of droplet impact on solid surface are reviewed.Finally,the practical applications of droplet impact on different solid surfaces oil-water separation,anti-icing and self-cleaning are introduced.The future research direction of droplet impact on solid surface is pointed out.
