摘要
聚苹果酸(PMA)是一种天然聚酯材料,具有优良的水溶性、生物相容性、非免疫原性等优点,在生物医药、吸水材料和食品工业等领域具有广泛应用前景.PMA主要通过短梗霉合成,本文介绍了短梗霉合成 PMA的代谢途径、关键酶及代谢调控机制,并对PMA合成代谢研究作出展望.
Abstract
Polymalic acid(PMA)is a natural polyester material with advantages of high watersolubility,biocompatibility and non-immunogenicity,which has wide application prospects in biomedicine absorbent material and food industries.PMA was mainly synthesized by Aureobasidium spp.,the metabolic pathway,the key enzymes and the regulation metabolismin the biosynthesis of PMA were summarized in this review,and the research tendency of PMA biosynthesis metabolism was also proposed.
