本论文分析了浸没式膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺的优势与不足.MBR具有占地面积小、出水水质好等优点,分析了MBR工艺对预处理系统要求高、对水量变化适应能力弱等.与传统活性污泥法相比,MBR工艺的污泥浓度,回流比、供氧也存在着差异.最后给出了浸没式MBR系统常用设计参数及注意要点.
Analysis of the Main Points of MBR Process Design
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the submerged membrane bioreactor(MBR)process.MBR has the advantages of small footprint and good effluent water quality.It analyzes that the MBR process has high requirements for pretreatment systems and weak adaptability to changes in water volume.Compared with the traditional activated sludge method,there is also a difference in the sludge concentration,reflux ratio,and oxygen supply of the MBR process.Finally,common design parameters and points for attention when MBR is used in printing and dyeing wastewater are given.
