五子衍宗丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的网络药理学探讨

目的:基于中药网络药理学方法探讨五子衍宗丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的潜在作用机制.方法:通过检索TCMSP中苍附导痰丸组成药物的成分数据,检索Disgenet、GeneCards、OMIM数据库中PCOS疾病相关靶点;利用Biogenet 分别对药物与疾病靶点进行蛋白质相互作用网络进行构建,并提取交集网络以获得五子衍宗丸治疗 PCOS 的关键靶点;利用Metascape对关键靶点进行GO和KEGG富集分析,得出五子衍宗丸治疗PCOS的作用机制.结论:五子衍宗丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的主要成分可能是槲皮素、山奈酚、β-谷甾醇等,涉及到的关键通路有癌症信号通路、脂质与动脉粥样硬化信号通路、化学致癌-受体激活通路、T白细胞介素-17 信号通路等,与激素反应、对有机物的反应、细胞对脂质的反应、对外源性刺激的反应等多个生物学过程相关.
Network Pharmacology of Wuziyanzong Pills in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Objective:To investigate the potential mechanism of Wuziyanzong pills in the treatment of Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)based on the method of network pharmacology of Chinese medicine.Methods:The target of PCOS disease in Disgenet,GeneCards and OMIM databases was retrieved by searching the component data of Cangfu Dantan pills in TCMSP.Biogenet was used to construct the protein interaction network between drugs and disease targets,and the intersection network was extracted to obtain the key target of Wuzi Yanzong Pill for PCOS treatment.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis of key targets were performed by Metascape,and the mechanism of action of Wuzi Yanzong pill in treating PCOS was obtained.Conclusion:The main components of Wuziyanzong pill in the treatment of PCOS may be quercetin,kaempferol,β-sitosterol,etc.The key pathways involved include cancer signaling pathway,lipid and atherosclerosis signaling pathway,chemocancer-receptor activation pathway,and T-interleukin-17 signaling pathway,etc.It is related to many biological processes such as hormone response,response to organic matter,cell response to lipids and response to exogenous stimuli.
