磷酸处理对低压阳极铝箔及其电容器特性影响

本文研究磷酸处理工艺对低压阳极铝箔及其所制备电容器特性影响。结果表明,磷酸处理强弱对低压铝箔耐酸性、耐水合性、比容有着重要的影响,并且对制备的低压固态铝电解电容器的耐压、容量、漏电流、损耗等产生重要的影响。通过优化磷酸处理工艺,明显改善低压箔的耐酸性和耐水合性、降低固态电容器漏电流,降低电容器容量衰减率,提高低压固态电容器寿命。
Effect of Phosphoric Acid Treatment on the Property of Low-voltage Anode Aluminum Foil and Solid Electrolytic Capacitor
The effect of phosphoric acid treatment on the property of low-voltage anode aluminum foil and solid electrolytic capacitor was studied.The results show that the strength of phosphoric acid treatment has an important impact on the acid resistance,the hydration resistance and high capacitance.It also has an important influence on the voltage resistance,capacitance,leakage current and tangent of loss angle of the solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor.By optimizing the phosphoric acid treatment process,the acid resistance and the hydration resistance of the low-voltage anode aluminum foil can be significantly improved,and the leakage current of the solid electrolytic capacitor can be reduced,and capacitance can be decreased slowly,and the service life of low-voltage solid electrolytic capacitors can be prolonged.
