小麦天然保湿原料在化妆品中的研究与应用

通过斑马鱼的尾鳍面积保湿模型,研究了小麦胚芽油和甜菜碱以及三重小麦组合(由小麦胚芽油、小麦胚芽提取物和小麦胚芽发酵滤液混合而成)和水循环小麦组合(由小麦胚芽油、小麦胚芽提取物、小麦胚芽发酵滤液、小麦神经酰胺组合、甜菜碱和透明质酸钠混合而成)的保湿效果,并分别设置空白对照组、模型对照组以及阳性对照组相比来进一步对比原料和组合成分的保湿差异.结果表明:(1)小麦天然保湿原料,例如小麦胚芽油,经典保湿性原料,例如甜菜碱,在本研究中都表现出具有显著性保湿效果,但同一浓度下组合物效果相对单个小麦天然保湿原料更好;(2)三重小麦组合具有 24h保湿性,水循环小麦组合具有 72小时保湿性;(3)72小时保湿测试中,相对于阳性对照组(甘油)的结果,小麦胚芽油保湿性增加22%,水循环小麦组合保湿性增加66%,即水循环小麦组合增长率是小麦胚芽油的3倍.
Research and Application of Wheat Natural Moisturizing Materials in Cosmetics
The moisturizing effects of wheat germ oil,wheat germ extract,wheat germ ferment filtrate,wheat ceramide and other raw materials,as well as triple wheat combination(mixed with wheat germ oil,wheat germ extract and wheat germ ferment filtrate)and water cycle wheat combination(mainly composed of wheat germ oil,wheat germ extract,wheat germ ferment filtrate,wheat ceramide and other raw materials)were studied through the moisturizing model of the tail fin area of zebrafish.The results showed:(1)Wheat germ oil,wheat germ extract,wheat germ ferment filtrate,and wheat ceramide have moisturizing effects,but combinations are better than raw materials at the same concentration;(2)The triple wheat combination has a 24-hour long-lasting moisturizing effect,and the water cycle wheat combination has a 72-hour long-lasting moisturizing effect;(3)Compared with the positive control group(glycerol),the wheat germ oil increased by 22%,and water cycle wheat combination increased by 66%,and it means that the growth rate of water cycle wheat combination was 3 times that of wheat germ oil.
