偕二氟环丙烯的相关反应研究进展

偕二氟环丙烯能够通过炔烃和二氟卡宾前体一步高效合成.近年来,偕二氟环丙烯越来越受到化学家的广泛关注,主要是因为它作为重要的合成子,可用于合成一系列有重要药物价值 和农业价值的有机氟化物.到目前为止,对于偕二氟环丙烯的合成和反应进展的总结仍然欠缺.本文通过对偕二氟环丙烯的经典合成方法和其在有机合成中的双官能团化反应、亲核取代反应、偶联反应、亲电加成反应和其他反应的进展和应用进行系统归纳总结,为偕二氟环丙烯未来的化学合成和反应发展提供参考.
Progress in the Reaction of Gem-Difluorocyclopropene
gem-Difluorocyclopropene can be efficiently synthesized by alkynes and difluorocarbon precursors in one step.In recent years,gem-difluorocyclopropene has attracted more and more attention from chemists,mainly because it can be used as an important synthon to synthesize a series of organic fluorides with important medicinal and agricultural values.Up to now,the summary of the synthesis and reaction progress of gem-difluorocyclopropene is still lacking.In this paper,the classical synthesis methods of gem-difluorocyclopropene and its progress and application in organic synthesis such as bifunctional reaction,nucleophilic substitution reaction,coupling reaction,electrophilic addition reaction and otherreactions are systematically summarized,which provides reference for the future chemical synthesis and reaction development of gem-difluorocyclopropene.
