Progress on Degradation of a Typical Antiviral Drug Lamivudine
In recent years,the antiviral drug lamivudine has gradually become a popular topic,which also leads to public and academic concerns about the environmental behavior of this drug in the environment.In this paper,the degradation and removal rate of lamivudine under different conditions were discussed.To begin with,its source,physical and chemical properties and threat to the environment were discussed.Then,the progress of degradation research was reported.The degradation mechanism and pathway of lamivudine were also explored further.Finally,the intermediates of the degradation reaction of lamivudine were summarized.At the same time,the future of the degradation research of lamivudine was also prospected.
